Title

Remembrance of 9/11

Description

On September 11, 2001, most iconically two planes were purposely flown into the World Trade Towers in New York, resulting in the death of over 3,000 people. The damage that these planes caused is well documented by video captured by the media and by civilians which have been watched over and over again by people across the world. Over a decade has passed since the tragic event. In order to help preserve the memory and story of this event, oral histories from the living can provide insight that may not have been covered during the fall of the towers and the months that followed. Most people who were aware of the event as it was happening, remember where they were and how they reacted to the news.
